Shipping Information

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined based on product type, size, and destination. Estimated shipping rates for canvas artwork are as follows:

  • Medium Canvas (18”x24”): $9.99 (5–8 business days)
  • Large Canvas (30”x40”): $24.99 (5–8 business days)

Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders may vary. Exact shipping costs and estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Locations
Our products are sourced and shipped from facilities in the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia to ensure timely delivery based on your location.

Shipping Times
Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include the time required for product creation. For more precise fulfillment and delivery estimates, refer to the product details page.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns
As all products are custom-made on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. However, we gladly accept claims for the following:

  • Items that are damaged, defective, or misprinted upon arrival.
  • Incorrect items received.

If your item qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us at support@kongsaestudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the defective or incorrect item along with your order number.

Refunds
Refunds for eligible claims are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving your request. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. For assistance, follow the return process outlined above, and we will work to resolve your issue promptly.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed. Unclaimed packages will not be available for reshipment and will be donated after 30 days.

How to Initiate a Claim
To report an issue, email us at support@kongsaestudio.com with the subject line “Return Request: Order # [Order Number]” and include the following details:

  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Your order confirmation number.
